With years of experience, we are capable of analyzing your body and creating a healthy living plan that will help you reach your goals.  We understand that adapting to a new fitness habit is often difficult and at times can fail, but we will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach those goals.  Our goal is to change your view on fitness and nutrition so that it becomes a part of your lifestyle. Our goal is to improve your fitness.  We will create an effective fitness program that helps maintain the progress we make in range of motion, strength and stability.  By focusing on strength training, your body will continue to build and maintain the necessary stability that helps support movement.  By using an individualized approach to assess, educate and train you on your health and fitness needs, we will put you on the road to optimizing your daily movement and become the best version of yourself!

Meet Your Trainer

Archie has been training for 7 years and works one on one or in small group settings.  His clients range from early teen years for those that are looking to help their teens to get up and moving to seniors who are looking to get rid of the aches and pains to increase quality of life.  He specializes in corrective exercise and nutrition and will guide you thru establishing a safe, effective and efficient training program to help improve day to day performance as well as helping ensure that you are making the best nutritional decisions to reach your goals.

Can’t get to the gym?  No problem!  You can complete workouts live online or we can bring the workout to you!
